Princess Diana is one of those figures from history that happens to be impossible to hate. Half humanitarian, half “Up yours Queenie”, Lady Di lived to help the unfortunate, long before other celebrities joined that bandwagon.
Unfortunately, her life was cut short that fateful night in Paris back in 1997, a moment in time that will be detailed in Caught in Flight, starring Naomi Watts, who happens to now resemble the spitting image of the late princess.
Replacing Jessica Chastain for the lead role, Watts will portray Diana in the final two years of her life, with Oliver “Downfall” Hirschbiegel directing, based on a script from Stephen Jeffreys.
Caught in flight will center on Diana after her 1995 divorce from Prince Charles, through to her relationship with heart surgeon Dr. Hasnat Khan, ending with that fateful Paris tunnel accident that involved numerous examples of wasted organs and oxygen thieves that had been chasing her, AKA the paparazzi.
Anyway, here’s a look at Naomi Watts all dolled up;
Right now, several Paparazzi are getting a tingly sensation in their brain, which happens to be situated near their sphincter. “She is a part of our history, an incredible woman and a fascinating but tragic ending,” Watts said to the Press Association.
“The filmmakers came to me and it’s a good script and it’s very scary and I kind of wanted to say ‘no’ but I couldn’t.” Caught in Flight has no solid release date yet, but expect it to roll around in 2013.

“The filmmakers came to me and it’s a good script and it’s very scary…” This coming from the woman that starred in the Ring?
But I do hope that this is on the same level as the Queen, the Kings Speech and The Iron Lady… I enjoyed those movies quite a lot…
