These kids are going to have a hangover in this trailer for 21 AND OVER

Confession: I don’t drink. Not because of legal/religious/stupid bets, but mostly because alcohol tastes like fiery goat piss going down my gullet. Still, while I might be the abstaining kind of guy, watching other people get drunk and get up to all sorts of shenanigans, never gets old for me.

And you can bet your bottle of Southern Comfort that the movie industry feels the same way. While Twilight movies may make up for around 43% of the revenue generated at the box office lately, films about people getting wasted covers the other side of that pie diagram. And the tradition continues, in this trailer for 21 and over.

So what is 21 and over and over about? I’ll give you a clue. It’s about some kids, massive amounts of alcohol and one crazy night filled with all kinds of inebriated antics. Is it raising the bar tab on that genre? Most likely not, but what the hell, at least there are plenty of cheap laughs present.

21 and over stars Justin Chon as Jeff Chang (JEFF CHANG!), with Miles Teller and Skylar Astin as his bestest pals that ruin his quiet night with a birthday party to remember.

And if the arty has that vague sense of Hangover deja vu? That’s because it was written by Hangover 1 and 2 scribes Jon Lucas and Scott Moore, who are making this film their directorial debut.
