And your 2013 Golden Globe nominees are…

The end of the year is wrapping, but while the silly season may be a time to unwind, it’s the exact opposite for the movie industry. We’ve got a ton of movies on the way, but more importantly, the road to OscarMania begins here.

With the Screen Actors Guild Awards going public with their nominations, the next pay per view big awards event before the Academy Awards is usually the Golden Globes. Hand me that envelop Kervyn, and we’ll let everyone know who the nominees are! Nice dress by the way.

This year, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will be hosting the ceremony  which awards both film and TV being honoured. While the SAG ignored the Oscar buzz contender The Master, it’s once again pooped up here, while Les Miserables looks like another solid contender. Here’s the full list, courtesy of Empire:

Salmon Fishing in the Yemen? That is a bit of an odd choice. Wasn’t exactly a critical darling.

Also very surprised at the lack of love for Armour seeing as how much it’s popped up at the other awards,
