HomeNewsJoseph Gordon Levitt is going to SIN CITY Darryn Bonthuys January 8, 2013 News You can’t sink millions of dollars into a movie project these days without Joseph Gordon Levitt turning up. The man has been on a role as of late, appearing in a slew of films , from GI Joe and Premium Rush (Er, maybe not), through to Looper and The Dark Knight Rises. The man has a busy schedule, and for his next flick, he’ll be touring through the streets of Sin City: A dame to kill for. Having turned down roles in Godzilla and Guardians of the Galaxy, JGL will instead be focusing on the sequel to Robert Rodriguez’s Sin City. In it, he’ll be playing Johnny, a ” cocky gambler who disguises a darker mission to destroy his most foul enemy at his best game”, according to Deadline. Sounds interesting, and with Rodriguez and Sin City creator Frank Miller creating new content especially for the film, this could be another great does of monochromatic fun and violence. Sin City: A dame to kill for is out in October this year, and also stars Mickey Rourke, Jessica Alba, Jaimie King and Rosario Dawson. Kervyn Cloete I was a bit iffy on Premium Rush. I can’t really fault it badly (though I really wasn’t a fan of his super-messenger-vision) yet I can’t say that I loved it either. Wasn’t horrible, wasn’t great, it just sort of was.
