It’s a well known fact that Arnold Schwarzenegger can shoot people real good. A lifetime’s worth of movies prove this. And based on this new Red Band clip from Sabotage, the new action thriller from writer-director David Ayer (Training Day, End of Watch), ol’ Arnie definitely hasn’t lost his touch.

Speaking of shooting stuff, it looks like Luke Bracey (G.I. Joe: Retaliation) needs to start practicing his “lying on your back, emptying your gun into the sky while screaming at the top of your lungs” technique, as he has landed the role of Johnny Utah in the Point Break remake. Keanu Reeves originally played the role of the young undercover FBI agent in Kathryn Bigelow’s 1991 cult classic. Bracey joins the already cast Gerard Butler, who will be playing Patrick Swayze’s original role of Bodhi, the bank robbing surfer boy. Ericson Core (Invincible) will be directing the remake which will be penned by Kurt Wimmer (Salt, Law Abiding Citizen, Total Recall).

Tom Hardy is gangster, yo! Gangsters – plural – actually. Hardy is currently in negotiations to star in Legend, a new true-life mobster film to be directed by Brian Helgeland (LA Confidential, Mystic River). The kicker? Hardy would be playing both Roger and Reginadl Kray, identical twin gangsters who tore through London in the 1950’s and 1960’s while running their very posh named gang, The Firm.

It’s finally been answered, the question that has gripped society for nearly two decades: What would Full House have been like without Michelle Tanner?

Hey, you seem to be running low on your daily dose of Vitamin Star Wars Rumour. Here, let me top you up. According to MarketSaw, the guys who actually first broke the news that Lucasfilm/Disney was going to be doing new Star Wars movies, a couple of major casting decisions have been made. They allege that not only will the original trilogy trio of Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher definitely be returning, but both Benedict Cumberbatch and Gary Oldman have joined the cast. What’s interesting is that they claim that Cumberbatch and Oldman were originally up for the same role before the most recent script rewrite from director JJ Abrams. What roles they would allegedly play now is anyone’s guess.

And while on the topic of Harrison Ford and rumours, there’s a story going around (also from Market Saw) that Ford is apparently in negotiations to star in not just one, but two more Indiana Jones movies. Apparently, part of Ford’s deal to return for Star Wars, is that he gets to make more Indy movies.

Today’s poster of the day isn’t really a poster, but hey, I make the rules around here, so this is what you’re getting. It’s actually Empire’s new Godzilla cover, but if this doesn’t get released as a poster at some point, then I’m a radioactive iguana.

Speaking of Godzilla, we’ve had a couple looks at the the famous monster already, but now we also get to hear what he sounds like as this new clip has been released showing off the iconic roar. It’s starts a bit, well not-roary, but that ending just gives me goosebumps.

If that earlier TV spot for Captain America: The Winter Soldier wasn’t enough to the ol’ chest-organ pumping, then maybe you should check out this write-up from Empire Magazine. They were in attendance last night when Marvel debuted their latest One-Shot, All Hail the King (which is an Iron Man 3 spinoff of sorts focusing on Sir Ben Kingsley’s Trevor Slattery), and surprised the audience by showing off the first 10-minutes of the upcoming superhero sequel. They don’t give a beat-by-beat of the opening scene, but based on their description, co-directors Joe and Anthony Russo really have a winner on their hands here.

And thanks to All Hail the King, we may just have confirmed that Joss Whedon will be back to direct The Avengers 3. Drew Pearce, who penned Iron Man 3 and All Hail the King, was speaking to TheMovies.com about whether the One-Shot will have bigger ramifications for the rest of the Marvel Universe, when he may just have let slip about Whedon’s future plans.

“Honestly, it’s a question above my pay grade. One of the things when you’re a writer or director in the Marvel universe is you come in, you leave some tasty morsels dangling at the end, and maybe you’re the one who comes in and picks them up again next time, or maybe it’s someone else, or maybe they just hang there awhile and that’s fine too. Despite any cliffhanger-ness to the short, I also don’t feel like it’s unsatisfying. That’s all you can really hope to do. Unless you’re Joss [Whedon] and you’re making Avengers 2 and 3, and then you have a pretty good idea if you’re making the next one or not.””

I love most of Pixar’s movies. My favourite though? F***ing Nemo. Oh, you’ve never seen F***ing Nemo before? Then allow me to f***ing educate you.
