Valar Morghulis. All Men Must Die. This is a fairly apt statement for Game of Thrones in general, and a catch-phrase that’s become more fitting for the show than Winter is Coming.

Twenty new character posters have now been revealed for season four of George R. R. Martin’s fantasy epic, where no one you love, or love to hate, is safe from their fate.

Currently starring Peter Dinklage, Lena Headey, Emilia Clarke, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Kit Harington, Natalie Dormer, Maisie Williams and Sophie Turner, Game of Thrones will start killing everyone off on April 6.

All men must die so that he can actually get around to finishing the story. I swear that he wrote himself into such a corner in Feast of Crows that now he is culling his story lines and arcs by just killing off characters. At this rate the series on TV will conclude before he has finished writing the books (like that is ever going to happen).

Every time you complain about George R. R. Martin’s slow writing, he kills another Stark

The plot is thinning instead of thickening.
