Over it’s 30-plus years, American comedy institution Saturday Night Live has produced its fair share of annoying people who luckily just briefly popped up on our radars before everybody realized how annoying they really were and sent them stand in the corner of obscurity (Rob Schneider, come on dowwwwwn!) Luckily for us – and Darryn’s crush on a certain funny lady in particular – Kristen Wiig and Bill Hader are not annoying or obscure. Well, okay, so some of their SNL characters are so annoying that I often just punch my TV in its face (You owe me several new TV’s, Gilly), but the pair themselves are immensely talented performers with amazing range and natural likability.

All of which is on display in this trailer for upcoming dramedy, The Skeleton Twins. As can be seen in the trailer, the film picked up lots of praise on the festival circuit, and based on just heartfelt and charming just this trailer is on its own, it’s not hard to see why.

In “The Skeleton Twins,” when estranged twins Maggie (Kristen Wiig) and Milo (Bill Hader) feel that they’re at the end of their ropes, an unexpected reunion forces them to confront why their lives went so wrong. As the twins reconnect, they realize the key to fixing their lives may just lie in repairing their relationship

The Skeleton Twins is directed by Craig Johnson (True Adolescents) and also stars Luke Wilson, Ty Burrell, Boyd Holbrook and Joanna Gleason. It is scheduled for limited release on September 19, 2014.

I feel like I need to watch all movies that Luke Wilson acts in. He is very underrated in my humble opinion.
