If you don't watch this new trailer for OUTCAST, we will be killed!

If you’ve just spent the morning poring over the 2015 Oscar nominations, then you need a break from all those human dramas, all that thought-provoking material, all those talented people! And Outcast looks like just the movie to do that. Trust me, there’s no human drama, thought-provoking material or talented people here! Starring Nicolas Cage and Hayden Christensen (see, I told you!) as Crusaders who have to save the heir to the Chinese Imperial Throne because blah blah blah yadda yadda yadda…

Honestly, you probably don’t want to know, or even care about the plot to this. The real burning questions in your heart are 1) Just how wooden is Hayden Christensen’s acting, and 2) just how crazy is Nicolas Cage? And based on this new trailer for the flick, the answers to that are 1) so wooden that he freshens up with Mr Min, and 2) crazier than a coked up honey badger (with a weird squinty eye thrown in for good measure, as well).

And to think, Nicolas Cage used to hang with the Oscars crowd, and Hayden Christensen…. Well, actually Hayden Christensen was always a crap actor.

When the heir of the Imperial throne becomes the target of an assassination by his despised older brother, the young prince must flee the kingdom and seek protection. His only hope for survival is a reluctant war-weary crusader named Jacob, who must overcome his own personal demons and rally the assistance of a mythical outlaw known as The White Ghost. Together they must fight side by side in an epic battle to return the prince to his rightful place on the throne.

Outcast gets a limited international release on February 27, 2015.
