I’m just going to call it: 2016 has been a tad bit disappointing on the movie front thus far. With the exception of small handful, very few of the big budget, highly anticipated blockbusters have truly delivered on their hype. But there’s still hope though with a number of hotly buzzed about titles waiting in the wings. Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them is not one of them.

No, I don’t mean that I think it’s going to fail, but rather the buzz surrounding this first spinoff/prequel has been almost non-existent. And I really can’t fathom why. It’s directed by David Yates, the man who helmed so many of the beloved Harry Potter movies, the screenplay was actually written by Harry Potter creator JK Rowling herself, and it has one hell of a cast going for it. And still, barely a murmur.

Well, as a serious Pothead (that is what you call Harry Potter fans, right?), I’m definitely doing a lot more than murmuring. Which is why I’ve been getting antsy for the next trailer to drop. It hasn’t yet, but we get the next best thing: A brand new featurette that features tons of new footage. It focuses on the lead character of Newt Scamander, played by Oscar winner Eddie Redmayne, and actually gives the most detail we’ve received so far on just exactly what this movie is actually going to be about.

Check it out below.

And if that doesn’t sate your appetite for now, then luckily we have more! Pottermore, to be exact! The official Harry Potter tie-in site, where JK Rowling often unveils additional codices to the universe’s established lore. And that’s exactly what she’s done in the latest update by introducing the North American wizarding school of Ilvermorny, which will probably feature in Fantastic Beasts. Check out the video about the school below, and go read more at the link.

Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them also stars Katherine Waterston, Alison Sudol, Dan Fogler, Ezra Miller, Samantha Morton, Jenn Murray, Faith Wood-Blagrove, Colin Farrell, Jon Voight, Carmen Ejogo, Gemma Chan and Ron Perlman. It is scheduled for release on November 18, 2016.
